Important CPS Dates and Courses

Attached are upcoming important dates including conferences, committee meetings, community events (Iowa State Fair), and important grant dates. 

Request State Car Seats

First read the Car Seat Roll Out document - then you may fill out the form to request state funded car seats. Please note that a request is not an order. Requests are evaluated and filled based on the needs of the county and current inventory.  

If you receive state car seats, please use the NDCF form.

CPS Toolkits for Community Education

These three toolkits are available for PICK UP from Blank Children's Hospital. You will submit a request for the kit you would like to borrow for an event. After you submit your request, the coordinator will review to ensure the date of your event has not already been booked. Then you will coordinate pick up and drop off!
